"Being new to the IT field, I am thankful for the technical support of The Mac Guys. My company contracts a representative from The Mac Guys to come out one day of the week. Between him and myself we support the entire company on a week to week basis—normally the task of a full department. Their customer service and technical knowledge are top notch."
