Make Your Filenames Universal E-mail
When you're sharing files with servers running operating systems other than Mac OS, be aware that some servers will reject files whose names they don't like; some treat uppercase and lowercase letters in names differently; and others rewrite "illegal" names, which can break links among files.

“Tim over at the Mac Guys +  has been a great IT consultant for us. He's very knowledgable about all things Mac and even PCs. Tim never automatically upgrades or suggests something new until he's had to learn about it and test it. He always has our best interests in mind and likes to make sure we are aware of our options when it's time to upgrade. I'll hire The Mac Guys again when given the chance.”
