| Troubleshooting the Printing System |
Having troubleprinting? Always check the printer queue application first. The print and faxqueue application will always show the first symptoms of an issue, and odds areyou were made aware of the issue by the queue. The print queue will let youknow if there is a printer connection issue, but you should also check to makesure the queue is not paused and that none of the jobs are on hold. Sometimesdeleting old print jobs from the queue will help clear the problem. Excerptedfrom Mac OS X SupportEssentials, Second Edition by Kevin M. White |

"I've used several other tech companies and none have come close to The Mac Guys. The thing I like best about The Mac Guys is that they do so much more than just fix your computer. They will also show you how to fix it yourself and make recommendations on which software or hardware might help you out, then tell you the best place to buy it."
