
| How to Force Quit |

Sometimesan application acts so goofy, you have no choice but to force quit. Forinstance, you might see the spinning ball for much too long or things just stopworking in an application. If you have to force quit an application, do one ofthese things: PressCommand-Option-Escape (esc). A small dialog box appears; make sure theapplication name is chosen, then click the blue button to "ForceQuit." Or, hold downthe Option key and press (don't click) on the Dock icon.
