| IP Ranges and the Gateway Setup Assistant |
|
| When configuring Network Address Translation (NAT) using the Gateway Setup Assistant, the only available IP range is 192.168.x.1. This can be problematic in some situations, especially if your organization already has a network in a 10.x.x.x or 172.16.x.x range. If you need an IP range other than 192.168.x.1, you should configure NAT manually. “I met Tim from the Mac Guys four years ago in BNI. He and I have developed a collaborative relationship, but we also provide services to each other. Tim is an intelligent, serious, professional and conscientious. In BNI, the members who used The Mac Guys services, had nothing but good things to say.”
