
| Would You Like One Arrow, or Two? |

On Mac menus, a single downward-pointing arrow or a blue triangle in a button all by itself is not a menu! This is called a disclosure triangle and typically expands a dialog box to present more information. The fact that this information is hidden indicates that it is not necessarily critical at all times—you only pop open that information when you need it.
